Overview
With the intent to showcase the power of art and architecture in urban settings, we were brought on by Orange Barrel Media to conceptualize and implement an audio visual experience for a permanent public digital art installation on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. We’re proud to share our concepted narrative and led a design team to complete a 20-minute video, light and sound based experience for the interior of the 67ft tall metal structure entitled ‘Macrogenesis’.
As the 3 metal walls surround the viewer, the surface bursts to life and the walls power on, otherworldly plants, vines and spores begin to blossom that warps the environment around it and take the viewer on a macroscopic voyage. ‘Macrogenesis’ plays every night from dusk - 11pm inside the Tom Wiscombe architecture.
